Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is currently configured at $6.95, with free standard shipping at a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more. Miami local pickup can be offered at no charge, with pickup instructions confirmed after the order.

Fragrance shipping

Perfume contains alcohol and may be subject to carrier restrictions, especially for air transport, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations. Available services should be confirmed with the selected carrier before launch.

Returns

For hygiene, authenticity and resale integrity, opened or used fragrance may be restricted from return. Unopened items should be returned in original sellable packaging within the store's published return window. Damaged or incorrect shipments should be reported promptly with photographs.

Refund timing

Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary.
